Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel (statutory)

If you are a consumer purchasing Slim Coffee Booster for personal use (not in the course of a business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This right applies to orders placed through our Website order form. It does not apply to:

• Products that have been opened or partially used (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products that have been damaged by the customer after receipt.
• Business purchases (where the buyer is purchasing in the course of their trade or profession).

2. How to initiate a return

   Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. E-mail info@herbalflex.world or call +44 20 7946 0821 with your full name, order reference (if provided at confirmation) and the reason for return (optional).

   We will confirm your return by e-mail within two business days, along with the return address and any further instructions.

   Package and post the item. Return the product in its original, sealed, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

   Refund issued. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your original purchase.

3. Condition of returned goods

To qualify for a full refund under this policy, returned goods must be:

• Unopened and in their original sealed condition.
• In the original outer packaging, undamaged and in a resaleable condition.
• Returned within 14 calendar days of you notifying us of your intent to return.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. if the seal has been broken or the product has been used).

4. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

If your Slim Coffee Booster arrives damaged, faulty or is not the product you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@herbalflex.world with a description and, where possible, a photograph of the issue. In such cases:

• We will cover the cost of return postage.
• You will receive a full refund or replacement at your choice.
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

5. Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank to process the credit, depending on your provider.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
